Changes in the Ecuadorian ministerial office

The President of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, informed during the meeting with social organizations held at the Presidential Palace that Javier Ponce will go to the Agriculture Department and Michael Carvajal will occupy the Defense Department.

The secretary of communication, Fernando Alvarado, across his twitter account confirmed the news.  The possession ceremony will be held next week. (PLS)
