Olympic Rings on Tower Bridge

A giant set of Olympic rings has been hoisted into position at Tower Bridge in London.

The colourful Olympic rings and a set of the Paralympic Agitos will be suspended as a symbol of the London 2012 Olympic Games, the local authorities said.

The rings will be 25m wide and 11m high aluminium and retractable, to allow tall ships to pass under the bridge. (MZ)
