Baby from Glas Viejo case will be Submitted to Paternity Test

Glas Viejo Infant will be submitted to DNA test

Judge Martha Guerrero ruled that on Friday September 28, the infant, who was born as a consequence of the rape of his 14 year old mother by Jorge Heriberto Glas Viejo, be subjected to a DNA test to determine the paternity or not of the baby who turned eight months today.

On September 28, 2011, the mother of the abused minor requested the local police to arrest Glas Viejo. However, the prosecutor, Victor Leon, of the Flagrancy Unit, did not ordered the immediate detention of Glas, since the order was given recently, when the case is about to turn a year. It is presumed that the suspect is out of the country. AV
