An Ecuadorian is the leader behind of the band responsible for 28 missing miners, possibly massacred at the southeast of Venezuela, near the border of Brazil, claimed Tarek William Saab, People’s Defender.
“Witnesses have revealed that the operative boss was an Ecuadorian” pointed the public officer in an interview given to the State TV Channel, VTV.
Saab was not eager to reveal the identity of the man, which he manifested that the criminal was “very dangerous”.
This past Tuesday, the Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, said that the case was pointing to a “possible gang war”, and ordered to militarized the area, by creating a special zone in all the mining municipalities of Bolívar. (I)
