Its director, Jaime Carrera, said that it is unacceptable that citizens do not know how the public accounts are managed.
Information management is even more complex in debt with suppliers. According to Patricio Rivera, coordinator Minster of Political Economy, contractors have been paid up to 90% of them (25,000).
