Companies Act would be reformed
A more complete reform of the Companies Act is under study and legislators are working on that, said the national companies intendant, Victor Anchundia.
The new reform would seek to privilege the information and transparency of the controlled companies, “as long as there is more information and in real time, there will be better control of companies,” said Anchundia.
And information related to the economic activity will be required not only to socialize with the community and potential investors, but to serve as a presentation of the company itself.
He mentions that the last reform was on 20 May, “where the means to control companies and constitute businesses were changed, and the system to receive information was privileged.”
