6,8 Quake Shook Japan
Posted On 14 Mar 2012
A U.S. Geological Survey revealed that a 6.8-magnitude earthquake shook northeastern Japan on Wednesday.
The quake was centered about 270 kilometers (170 miles) off the east coast.
This quake comes three days after the one-year anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami that killed thousands in Japan, and triggered the world’s worst nuclear crisis in a quarter century.
