Alianza PAIS appoints candidates

According to the agenda, the ruling government party Alianza PAIS develops its internal elections to nominate candidates for the sectionals to be chosen in February 2014.

Politburo Executives are attending this week to cantonal assemblies, and in secret elections each jurisdiction members are choosing their candidates to represent  the list 35.

This weekend the internal elections take place in several cantons. Tomorrow will be in Salitre, where the current mayor and president of SMA, Francisco Leon, aspires to run for re-election as the candidate of Alianza PAIS.
