Amendments to the Act of Communication would include national unreleased music

It is proposed that from the 100% of the issuance of national music that is issued daily in a radio or television program a specific part must be unprecedented. As a reform to the Law of Communication that will promote the Superintendence of Communication (SUPERCOM) ahead of its owner Carlos Ochoa.
“We are thinking, we have not defined percentage yet, but let’s just say that 100% of national music (which is issued in radios), at least 10%, 15% or 20% of the material must be unpublished, this will be pose in the reforms, we will give the opportunity to those unpublished artists”, said.
