Anne Hathaway Will Be the New Catwoman

Actress Anne Hathaway, was chosen to play the seductive Catwoman (Selina Kyle), in the new film by Christopher Nolan “The Dark Knight Rises”, starring Christian Bale. Warner Bros. Pictures informed on a press release today.

“I am excited to have the opportunity to work with Anne, she will be a fantastic addition to the cast to complete our history,” said Nolan, who also directed “Batman Begins” and “The Dark Knight.”

Nolan and his wife, Emma Thomas, will also produce the film.
The new Batman movie will hit the theaters on July 20^th, 2012.
