Assembly Evacuated Due Bomb Alert

Anti-bomb squad members of the National Police are inspection with trained dogs the National Assembly facilities due to a possible bomb threat.
A telephonic alert was received at 15:30 (approximately), Legislative Escort ordered all the staff members who were working at the place to abandon the building.
The alert came while the Financial system Committee was working on the Public Finance Code Law project.
Specialized personnel with trained dogs are reviewing offices, press and outdoor booths.
Army Major Patricio Aguilar, deputy head of the Legislative Escort, ordered the evacuation of all personnel, including Assembly members, employees and journalists, who are outside the legislative building.
