Bananera Noboa Rejects to File Litigation

Yesterday morning, the representative of  Banana Noboa, Fernando Alarcon revealed the decision of the Constitutional Court to stop their proceedings against the Internal Revenue Service.

This measure prevents the legal representatives of the company from an action to stop the payment of $ 90 million in taxes.

Alarcon said: “We want them to attend our fair litigation in order to show whether the process is legitimate or not.” (BG)
