Barcelona’s President Will Be Elected Today

Jose Herrera, who leads the list 1 (Barcelona somos todos) and Antonio Noboa, who leads the list 2 (Primero Barcelona) will meet at the polls today, when the 2,150 members of the Barcelona Sporting Club will elect its new president. 

Herrera is an entrepreneur in the mobile market and his vice president, Rafael Verduga, is a partner who was disciplined in 2007 by the president in charge at that time, Galo Roggiero.

While the Primero Barcelona group, which was restructured after the disqualification of Luis Noboa as a candidate for being an Assemblyman, is represented today by his brother, also a businessman Antonio, who is pairing with lawyer David Rodriguez.

The votes will be recepted today from 08:00 to 16:00, at the offices of the club, at the Monumental stadium.
