Bill suppresses voluntary affiliation to the social security

The optimization of the workday and Unemployment Insurance bill brings back the controversy over mandatory affiliation for independent professionals, which so far is stipulated in the Social Security Act as voluntary.
In the exempting and reformatory provisions of the text, which will be known today by the Commission of the Workers of the Assembly, reforms to Section 10, paragraph b of the current standard are established.
