Blocks support in the Assembly a new labour compensation

The proposed bonus for completion of contract and global pension fund would have the approval of the ruling party and a sector of the opposition in the National Assembly.

Article 261 of the draft of the Executive, which is one of the five “proposals under study”, raises that in all cases of termination of the employment relationship, the worker would receive 50% of his last monthly remuneration received by each of the years of service if has worked for up to 2 years; the equivalent to 45% of the last pay if has worked from 3 to 5 years in a row; with 40% if has worked from 6 to 9 years in a row; 37% If has worked 10 years in a row; and with 35% if has worked for 11 or more years in a row.

The text adds that the fact of receiving this bonus does not preclude eligibility for other claims for compensation that correspond to the worker.
