Cher stands symphatizes with the Ecuadorian Amazon

Singer and actress, Cher, 67, released a video showing her support for the Ecuadorian Amazonian people, affected by environmental pollution after Texaco’s oil exploitation in the 70’s and 80’s.

The Academy Award winner denounces and rejects the damages caused by Texaco and then Chevron.

The video, which has been circulated through the web, shows pictures of polluted rivers and children with severe health affections. Cher exhorts her followers not to buy gas to  Chrevon until the oil Company  remedies the damage caused to the victims of the Amazon.
