Contratation by hours depend on sectors

La flexibilidad laboral, defienden los representantes de varias cámaras, permitirá un mejor desempeño del mercado. Las reglas excesivas y rígidas, insisten, limitan la posibilidad de contratación.

La industria manufacturera es la última en sumarse a los segmentos con condiciones especiales. La construcción, agricultura y la floricultura tienen, luego de intensas conversaciones, algunos beneficios que se acoplan a sus necesidades.

Henry Yandun, president of the Chamber of the Construction Industry, explained that his work does not work with office hours. The same criterion was stated by Alejandro Martinez,  head of Expoflores, when the issue was discussed. He said that floricultural companies must operate from Monday to Sunday.
