Jamil Mahuad says goodbye to Twitter

Since October 15, the former Ecuadorian President Jamil Mahuad through his Twitter account @jamilmahuadwitt has justified the consequences of the freezing of bank accounts of many citizens during his government.

In his account he has said, “I ask you to understand that I had no choice, the crisis led to the freezing of accounts, it wasn’t the other way around,” he also added that he will not discuss the current politics of Ecuador.

In one of his final Twitts of the alleged account of Jamil Mahuad stated that he could be closing it due to some critics. AV
