Ecuador and Colombia outline binational cabinet issues

The situation of people living at the border, migrants, and refugees; the commercial and economic sphere; human mobility and the peace process will be the topics to be addressed by Ecuador and Colombia at the Binational Cabinet, on December 4 in Pereira, Colombia.
The foreign ministers of the two countries, María Fernanda Espinosa (Ecuador) and María Ángela Holguín (Colombia), agreed on those points. Part of the ministerial cabinet of both nations also participated in the meeting. Holguín thanked Ecuador for being a key element in the process of peace negotiations between her Government and the National Liberation Army (ELN). (I)
