Ecuador will facilitate the entry of minors across the border
Ecuadornews:

Ecuador will facilitate the entry and exit of children across its borders as a result of the unusual flow of Venezuelans who cross the country daily and considers it a vulnerable group, the Ecuadorian Foreign Ministry said today in a statement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior, Justice, and Economic and Social Inclusion, agreed to the signing of an inter-ministerial agreement on regulatory matters, in order to solve the problems that arise with children, especially Venezuelan citizens
The decision in favor of immigrants has been led by the Foreign Ministry and is part of the actions carried out inter-institutionally through the National Mobility Board, with entities of the Executive and State, as well as municipal and provincial, and with international cooperation
This is one of the agreements reached regarding the arrival of around 200 children to the Rumichaca bridge (border with Colombia) in recent days and who traveled with their families, but did not have travel documents.
In the case of Ecuador, the identity card or passport is a migratory requirement.
“We have a vision focused not only on Venezuelan migration, but on a similar situation in the case of all foreign children who may be in this problem,” said Deputy Minister of Human Mobility, Santiago Chavez.
According to the Ministry of the Interior, until July of this year there was the entry of 453,000 Venezuelan citizens and the exit of 382,628. (I)
