Ecuadorian Businessmen ask for a meeting with President Correa

Henry Kronfle, President of the Chamber of industries of Guayaquil and the National Federation of industries of Ecuador, expressed his concern that articles 319-331 of the intelectual property law of the Penal code, could be an obstacle to USA and Europe extend tariff preferences to the Ecuadorian exportations that reach those markets.
Despite this they continue the agenda of negotiations with the European Union. However, they worry that the INEN and COMEX quality regulations do not help. That is why they are asking for a meeting with President Rafael Correa. On the other hand, entrepreneurs will open representative offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai to boost their businesses.
