Emelec will play for the classification in the Libertadores Cup 2013

Today at 17:00, Club Sport Emelec will host Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito in the George Capwell Stadium in Guayaquil to play for the national vicechampionship and the direct classification of the Libertadores Cup 2013.

According to the standings, Emelec, with 74 points and Liga de Quito, with 69, already qualified. The difference is that the vice-champion ranks directly, while the other has to play qualification.

If Emelec ties today it will directly classify and Liga would be at the playoffs, if Liga wins by 2 goals ahead, then they would be classified and Emelec would have to go to playoffs.
