Fernando Bustamante is the third Assemblyman who leaves Alianza PAIS

Tuesday, Fernando Bustamante became the third legislator of the ruling party Alianza PAIS (AP), that disaffiliates in less than a year.
The first person to dissaffiliate was Angel Vilema, in June last year, for not agreeing with the veto to the Organic Law of Special Regime for Galapagos, which was supported by his former peers; and the second was Oswaldo Larriva, from Azuay, on Wednesday, due to disagreements with peers of his province and the dissatisfaction with certain constitutional amendments.
