Government will auction gifts for charity

Gifts received by institutions of the central public administration shall be considered as assets of the entity and may be auctioned for charity.

In accordance with Decree 870, signed last Monday by President Rafael Correa, these gifts will be auctioned and the values obtained will be used for charity.

Meanwhile, those with a historical value shall be delivered to the National Institute of Cultural Heritage (INPC). (I)
