Gustavo Costas: “The fault is mine”
The Argentine coach Gustavo Costas gave his long-awaited press conference at the Claro room in the Monumental stadium, where he said that there is no internal problems on campus but a lack of confidence due to the poor results of this year.

Gustavo Costas Break Silence
“I apologize for not speaking after the match with Boca, we performed very bad and was very difficult for me to speak, we are going through difficult times with the results. I wanted to clarify that there are no problems within the group, if so I would be the first to go. I do not like to run when things are right or wrong, as I said from the first day I arrived here, the fault is not the president’s or the players, but only mine,” he said.
“I also want to thank the support the fans gave us in our field, they never stopped singing. We did not feel pressured by that, unlike in other teams when you are losing 1-0 they start insulting, but they encouraged us the whole 90 minutes” he added.
At the discretion of the Argentine, “Now what we need most is to win in order to regain confidence as quickly as possible, playing good, bad, whatever. I think we will win this time, working and being very focused all the time. You have to give more effort, have a commitment to get that plus that all humans have inside, and specially the players.”
