Historical Position of Ecuador in FIFA’s Ranking
For the first time ever, the Ecuadorian soccer team was ranked No. 13 ° on the monthly ranking of the International Federation of associated soccer (FIFA), surpassing world cup soccer teams as Brazil and Uruguay.
Until now, the highest position achieved by the Ecuadorian TRI was the 17th. At the end of the year, the Ecuadorian team is ranked second within the South American World Cup Brazil 2014.
