Kim Jong-un will expand the nuclear arsenal of North Korea
Kim Jong-un, the young leader of North Korea vowed yesterday to increase the “quantity and quality” of his country’s nuclear weapons, until the denuclearization of the world becomes a reality. Their position is to make war against the threats of the United States, as it was stated in the report of the state agency KCNA.
It was during the opening plenary session of the Workers Party in North Korea, which met yesterday for the first time since 2010. The North Korean leader insisted his country will launch more missiles. He also promised to promote the economy and the development of its nuclear potential “simultaneously,” this occurred a day after announcing that his country entered a “state of war” with South Korea.
The North Korean president said that his nation’s nuclear weapons are not a “political change of currency” nor “for economic negotiations,” after saying that nuclear forces are his “life” and this “can never be abandoned as long as imperialists exist along with the nuclear threats.”
