Military Pentathlon World Cup takes place in Salinas

265 athletes and representatives from 26 countries are the protagonists of the Sixty-fourth World Military Pentathlon Championship ‘Ecuador 2017.’ The opening ceremony was held Sunday, July 30th at 16:00 at the facilities of the Aviation Military High School ‘Cosme Renella Barbatto,’ in Salinas. The event is sponsored by the International Military Sports Council (CISM) and the competitions will be made until Saturday, August 5, in the military units located in the aforementioned resort.

The 26 countries participating in this event are: Algeria, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, North Korea, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Peru , Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Syria, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and Venezuela. (I)
