Ministry of Education will implement new curricular setting plan

The Ministry of Education announced on Monday the implementation of the Project of Curriculum adjustment and Learning Standards. This new initiative aims to promote scientific thinking and the innovation capacity of students.

Augusto Espinosa, Minister of Education, said: “Our education system must develop different intelligences that allow us to develop ourselves in a world full of uncertainties”.

César Coll, member of the Latin American Advisory Board of Education Goals 2021, explained that this project has two parts: the technic, in which the skills to be developed are identified; and the next, a broad social debate.
