Ministry of Environment demands the ISSFA to enforce laws and return the overpaid money for the lands of Los Samanes park

Through a press release, the Ministry of Environment (MAE) urged the Institute of Social Security of the Armed Forces (ISSFA) to comply with the law, so it is currently processing the refund of the money overpaid for for the lands of The Samanes park, approximately $ 41 million.
On November 18, 2015, Attorney General Diego Garcia, issued a statement in which he requested the authorities of the MAE and the ISSFA to proceed with the “rectification and / or modification of the necessary actions, and the contract of sale, to calculate the difference overpaid by the MAE, having considered a different property tax assessment to that established by Law and the regulations provided.
