Posted On 26 May 2014
The Nigerian military of highest rank, Alex Badeh said on Monday that they have already located where are the more than 200 young students kidnapped by Boko Haram.
“The good news for girls is that we know where they are, but we can not tell you where,” Badeh told reporters outside the headquarters of the Defense Ministry in the Abuja capital.
The military, explained Badeh, will not use force to rescue the girls in order to prevent the fundamentalists kill them during an operation for their release.
Badeh, however, refused to give any details about the location of the 223 teenagers who are still reported missing and said that the operation is a “military secret” but added: “we are working. We will bring the girls back.”
