“Objetos frágiles” by Yanko Molina
Ecuadorian writer Yanko Molina will present his book “Objetos frágiles” (Fragile Objects) tonight at 19h00 at Centro Cultural Benjamín Carrión—everyone can enter for free—.
The book tells the story of the horrible murder of a waitress, a crystal object collector, temptations inside a mirror and many other tales.
Molina is a literature graduate who studied in Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador). He also got a master’s degree in lexicography by Real Academia Española (RAE). He has written several stories, essays and critics that have been published in specialized Ecuadorian magazines, such as: Línea Imaginaria, Letras del Ecuador, País Secreto, Anaconda and Re/incidencias.
He has also written prologues for “Obras selectas” (by Joaquín Gallegos Lara) and “Polvo y ceniza” (a novel by Eliecer Cárdenas).
“Objetos frágiles” compiles six humoristic and fictional stories written in prose.
