Prosecutor Pedro Delgado calls to render his statement on January 10

The Attorney General’s Office called Pedro Delgado for Thursday, January 10, 2013, to submit his statement freely and without oath, but did not set the hour.

This appointment is part of the opening of the preliminary investigation that began last Wednesday, due to the demand for a crime against the public faith presented by the independent Assemblyman Enrique Herreria.

Delgado, who’s still in Miami, United States, is scheduled return on 6 January, supposedly. The prosecution also stated that on Wednesday January 9, at 09:00, the legislator Enrique Herreria was called to give his free version.
