Representatives from more than 70 countries will witness inauguration of President Rousseff

The Presidents of Chile, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela and delegations from 70 other countries will gather on December 31 at the inauguration of the Brazilian president, Dilma Rousseff, for her second term.
According to government sources in Brazil, it is also confirmed the attendance of the vice presidents of Argentina, Amado Boudou; Colombia, Germán Vargas Lleras; Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel; Ecuador, Jorge Glas; El Salvador, Óscar Samuel Ortiz; and Nicaragua, Moisés Omar Halleslevens.
In addition to the second leaders of Portugal, Paulo Portos; USA, Joe Biden; and China, Li Yuanchao.
