Seism in Guatemala
An earthquake of a 7,4 magnitude in the Richter scale shook Guatemala, this natural phenomenon was also felt in El Salvador. All the seven victims that the seism caused, died in the Guatemala state of San Marcos. The seism was also felt in the capital of Mexico.
According to the United States Geological Service (USGS) the epicenter of the seism occurred in the sea, 24 kilometers to the southeast of Champerico, in Guatemala.
The Oceanographic Institute of the Army (Inocar) pointed out through its Twitter account that the phenomenon, did not raised the tsunami alarm for the Ecuadorian coasts or the Galapagos Islands. AV
