The CNE will create an Electoral Control Center for Political Groups
The president of the National Electoral Council, Juan Pablo Pozo, conducted an internal technical meeting at which he verified the infrastructure of the old Supermarket of the Social Service of the Armed Forces in Quito, where a Center of Electoral Information and Control for political organizations will work. This, in compliance with one of the commitments assumed by the electoral body in recent meetings with political groups in December 2015.
The facility will have an audit computer room, an office for citizen services, a media room and other offices so that accredited political organizations of the country corroborate the stages of the electoral process before, during and after the vote.
Technical national coordinations of Electoral Processes and Processes of Political Participation of the body will lead this process.
