The CREO party denounces that votes of Guillermo Lasso were awarded to Lenin Moreno

Cesar Monge, director of CREO, said that they would remain vigilant after the official results were released by the National Electoral Council, which declare Lenin Moreno winner of the elections.
The leader of the CREO party said that they have the original records of the polling stations that were scanned by his work team; The information was sent to a computer center in Guayaquil.
“When we started to compare the CREO registers with the information of the CNE we began to discover what we have found,” the leader said.
He explained that in some provinces “Lasso´s votes were awarded to Lenin Moreno, numbers were invested,” said Monge, who indicated that there are more inconsistencies.
He said that they will submit concrete evidence. He added that in each provincial delegation there are teams of lawyers ready challenge and open the ballot boxes to verify the votes.
“This is not about winning by force … we are asking for correct actions, for transparency,” said the leader of CREO.
He added that after the results are confirmed, they will be the first to accept them. “What Guillermo Lasso is not going to do is being quiet and to be complicit in a process where there are irregularities,” said Monge, who thanked the support of the party´s supporters.
