The false title of Pedro Delgado didn’t had all the hallmarks of PUCE
The false title of Pedro Delgado Campana, former president of the Central Bank of Ecuador, is very similar to the one of the Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE) emitted during the 90’s.
A photocopy of this controversial document was in the archives of the University of San Francisco, where Delgado worked from 1991 to 1997. Now the prosecution is carrying out a preliminary investigation against the former official.
El Universo newspaper made an investigation that compared a title used with the one of Delgado. Obviously several irregularities were noted, including the type of font of the document itself as the seals of the shield of Ecuador and the seals of the academic institution and also the Archdiocese of Quito, are exactly the same.

Pedro Delgado’s fake title comparison
The false title does of Delgado does not has the seals of the General Secretariat that had to be located in the centre right end of the title and in the bottom left corner. These are some of the inconsistencies that prove the misrepresentation committed by Pedro Delgado, who now lives in the United States seeking asylum.
