The Promaga construction company, that built the ‘Andalusia’ private complex, located in the Duran-Boliche way, owes to the Spanish treasury 71.5 million euros (78.1 million dollars), and is among the 10 real estate companies with more debt in the country. The Spanish Hacienda, equivalent to the IRS, released a list of major defaulters in which the company denounced last year by Ecuadorians is.
