Posted On 21 Feb 2016
The legal tool is the International Criminal Assistance. Through this process, used by prosecutors for judicial cooperation among countries, Ecuador’s Prosecution exchanges data with seven countries in Latin America.
All orders are related with the Ecuafutbol case, for which Luis Chiriboga, Vinicio Luna y Francisco Acosta, suspended directors of the Ecuadorian Football Federation, are processed.
Among the orders, certificates of bank accounts, business records, tax payments, promises of sale and goods formally owned by Chiriboga, Luna or Acosta are requested.
