The Supercom files a complaint against daily Expreso for interculturalism
Does the Superintendency of Communication (Supercom) has the capacity to catalog whether a press release is intercultural?
That agency could not answer this question to daily Expreso attorney Johnny de la Pared, during the indictment hearing against this media for allegedly failing to comply with the 5% publication of intercultural content.
The Supercom staff does not include any official belonging to the peoples and nationalities involved in the development of technical and legal reports on press publications.
Nor professionals, experts in semiotics and content analysis, are working in that branch. However, it initiated an administrative procedure by the publication of to the daily Expreso of January 4, 2016.
