Tonight the Ecuadorian satellite Pegasus will be set in orbit

The Ecuadorian Civilian Space Program was introduced in August 2007.
On that night, Ecuador will be part of their first satellite launch into space, the NEE-01 Pegasus, after the creation of the Ecuadorian Civilian Space Program (PECE). The satellite, created by the Ecuadorian Civilian Space Agency (EXA) would be set into orbit at 23:13 at 600 km height from China in unmanned rocket.
Pegasus would be in orbit at an angle of 98.05 degrees and a beta angle of 22.05 degrees and travels at 28,000 kh/ h.
The Pegasus Project consists in a small satellite of 1.2 kilograms, 75 centimeters long and 10 cm high. It will deploy in space solar panels. This equipment collects six new technologies developed by EXA.
The purpose of the satellite is focused on the scientific and educational area, for the NEE-01 Pegasus is able to transmit real-time video and what happens in space, unlike other satellites that only send pictures. Pegasus’s primary mission is to survive in space and transmit to one year.
EXA and private companies invested $ 80,000 in the satellite, while Ecuador contributed with $ 700,000 for the launch, insurance, logistics and certification tests.
