Heavy rainfall of Tuesday afternoon and night in the north and center of Guayaquil flooded streets and avenues of high vehicular traffic, such as Juan Tanca Marengo, via a Daule and Victor Emilio Estrada in Urdesa.

In social networks, drivers and pedestrians have reported discomfort by traffic jams and flooded sidewalks. Others had to wait several minutes in the Metrovia units, which struggled to move.
