Yávar and Rodriguez Assumed Their roles at the Council of the Judiciary

Fernando Yávar and Paulo Rodriguez arrived to the Council of the Judiciary. Yávar and Rodriguez, the delegates of the Executive and the Transparency Comission, respectively, and members of the Tripartite Commission that will restructure the judiciary system, wanted to know the conditions of the body.

The transition members of the Council of the Judiciary began working immediately. According to Yávar, the purpose of attending the council was “sitting in our respective positions and analyze the different circumstances in which it is the Council of the Judiciary.” The areas of work, according to Paulo Rodriguez, will be oriented to human talent management model, infrastructure and technology to provide better customer service. Yávar court announced that the servers of the Council of the Judiciary will be reviewed within 180 days.

A delegate of the National Assembly or another delegate is expected to be appointed in the coming days in order to fully gather the members of the tripartite commission. (FO)
