In 10 Days a New Hearing for Case El Universo will Be Held

Since yesterday a count down of ten workdays began for the Second Penal Court of Justice of Guayas to summon a new hearing for case El Universo.

The hearing will call both parts in a period of ten days. Afterwards the magistrates will have three days to deliberate and report theirdecision. The judge in charge of the proceeding will be Hector Cabezas. In the meantime the magistrates must elaborate a draft of the sentence that must be approved by the other two judges of the board, Primo Diaz Garaycoa and Eduardo Guerrero Mortola. (AV)
