“CFN, no more impunity” Seized Three Businesses in Guayaquil
“CFN, no more impunity ” trusteeship seized the assets of three businesses because they did not pay the rent owed to the State. The businesses are the following: Makro stores, Casino Rio and the company Precisión International.
The total amount of debt exceeds 40 billion dollars in rent.
Makro stores, Casino Rio and Precisión International Company, located in Albán Borja shopping center of Guayaquil, owed 76 aliquots each.
“We inventory all state properties at the moment and we have met incredible surprises as these goods, are AGD properties, but at the time they were being used by others without paying rent,” said the president of the trusteeship, Pedro Delgado.
The administrator of the trust said he was concerned about the fate of the properties that were seized after the banking crisis, since they were not inventoried on behalf of the State.
The unit trust is investigating the fate of the seized properties as they used to belong to the owners of closed banks.
