“Pescador” is nominated for a Goya

The Ecuadorian film ‘Pescador’, directed by Sebastián Cordero, will be participating in the Goya Award granted by the Academy of Arts and cinematographic Sciences of Spain.

Pescador will compete with other twelve international films as best Latin American film at the 2013, as announced by the Spanish Film Academy.

The Goya Awards ceremony will take place in February.

Among the nominated films are ‘7 Cajas’, Paraguay; ‘Después de Lucia’, of Mexico; ‘ Febre do rato’, of Brazil; ‘Joven y alocada’ of Chile; ‘Pescador’, of Ecuador, among others.
