The presidential candidate of the Partido Renovador Institucional Accion Nacional (PRIAN), Alvaro Noboa, yesterday toured the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, where he pledged to build a university and boost agriculture and tourism area.

“I pledge to help farmers because they have been losing for six years across the country due to the lame marketing and the high cost of inputs due to taxes,” said the candidate.
