Venezuela says goodbye to Monica Spear and her husband

Thousands of Venezuelans gave their final goodbyes to late actress and former Miss Venezuela, Monica Spear and her husband, Thomas Henry Berry, who were killed last Monday after resisting a robbery.

Fans, friends, family and fellow guild members formed long lines to say goodbye  to the actress, so the family decided to delay the burial. Rafael Spear, father of the former beauty queen, thanked “the affection” of those attending the funeral. The coffin was driven to the cemetery by his brothers and actor Manuel “Coko” Sosa, co-star with Spear in the productions “Mi prima ciela” and “Calle sol, calle luna.

 Talented stars such as Norkys Batista and Sabrina Seara were present at the funeral of the actress. The couple’s daughter, Maya, 5, did not attend the funeral and still thinks that her parents are asleep.
