The Attorney General of the State, Diana Salazar, asked the judge Ivan Saquicela to call the trial of ex-ruler Norma Vallejo and accused her of being the direct author of the crime of concussion in the trial preparatory hearing, which was held on the afternoon of May 5. June 2019, in the National Court of Justice.

Vallejo is prohibited from leaving the country and must periodically appear before a judicial authority. He also has a prohibition on alienating his properties and has his funds withheld for USD 13 800. These decisions were made at the arraignment on February 12, 2019. (I)
